Hi, I’m Mackenzie, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Kinesiologist. I have over a decade of experience in the health and fitness realm and I believe well-being and health is so much more than just one thing. It’s what we eat, how we think, how we move and how we connect… I could go on. I also don’t believe in cookie-cutter, one- size fits all approaches and will work with you to personally tailor a program that is ALIGNED with you.
I want your routines, your meals and your lifestyle to make sense and be sustainable long term. I believe in the power of holistic health with an emphasis on the importance of understanding and listening to your body and what works best for YOU.
Seasons change, as do our goals, habits and routines. My goal is to teach you lasting concepts, tips and tricks that you can adapt and use throughout the changing seasons that are sustainable and allow you to show up as the most vibrant version of yourself in all areas of your life.
My philosophy is that we should add more of the things that our body needs, rather than restricting the things were used to. I want you to enjoy the process, and be able to live your life in a big way throughout our time together. You can expect a unique and thoughtful program that is aligned with you.
